I got retainers and I'd like to know if I should soak it in denture or use a toothbrush and toothpaste.?

retainers should be worn 24 hours. At nights before doing to bed remove brush your teeth & use toilet soap & brush to wash your retainer & put it back in the mouth. Morning again remove brush your teeth & again use toilet soap & brush to clean your retainer & wear it back. Tooth paste will wear away the plastic so use soap.
