They are so much more pungent, and have a slight "tangy" and sharp smell to them. Almost as if it was brewing in a wooden barrell for many, many years and aquired its own distinguishing characteristics like wine does. I almost do not want to waste them, maybe even capture them in a jar and save for later, share with friends or even sell on E-Bay. Dam, fresh air for everyone. BTW i could probably fuel a hummer with all the gas i've been a releasin into the O-Zone, dam whey protein shakes.
