Yesterday after going tubing I got blue lips and fainted....?

Both of my parents are pharmacists and I live on the river so I kind of feel this question calling me. It kind of sounds like some type of concussion. When you tube you really need to keep your head and neck supported. Anyways, this is just what it sounds like to me. Hope it helps!
