What cute and cheaper clothing stores are in Melbourne, Australia?

I am visiting from the United States and am staying right by Federation Square. I prefer walking, but I'll grab the tram too. I found Cotton On and LOVE it! Cool style and priced well. What are some similar stores--style and price range. I love Forever New but it is too pricey. Stores that I love in the USA are Forever 21, H&M, Victoria's Secret and Old Navy. I also love the urban/bohemian style of the Aussie girls here--colors mixed with patterns, harem pants and the new retro look. Where else can I find fun places to shop and not break the bank?
