On the video I have seen of the Barney Frank Town Hall didn't it seem like?

Barney was the one doing all the yelling and name calling? Seemed like his voice was the one that was in yell mode. Of course he is all bluff and bluster....he thinks if he talks fast enough, with spittle flying he will scare people off, but it didn't really work at this town hall.
