On DBZ, who is the strongest human, Tenshinhan or Krilin (Kuririn)?

Tenshinhan is Tien right? I think Krillin is since he trained with Master Roshi, Goku, and 18. He is also in more action then Tien is, but he dies more often. So I think Krillin is stronger.
