You need to stop losing yourself here. Who's running the show in this relationship? I don't know why he's acting like this, but you need to be confident and tell him that this behavior is unacceptable. He can like it or not, but you're being mentally abused to a degree here. He's controlling your behavior by his aggression and that's NOT OK. You're just as much a part of that marriage as he is and you have as much say. Take control back. You deserve it.
