Charmed- Pheobes Haircut?

Ok, in charmed at the beginging credits, there is a clip of phoebe, and she looks up aand smiles, and she has like shoulderlenght hair and a fringe, and i was wondering does anyone know A)WTH im talkingabout, and B) Where i can find a pic of it, cause i want my hair cut like that. if someone can find me it ill give them 5 stars. thx xoxo
