BAD BAD SUNBURN!!! Can anyone help?

I got really burnt last weekend. My arms and face are fine now but it is really bad from my knees down. My feet started to swell so I immediately went to the doctor on Monday. They told me to elevate, ice, cold water, etc. and to call them back if the swelling hadn't gone down in a couple days or if there was blistering. It's been almost a week and the doctor has told me to continue doing the same things but not to pop the blister and let it run its course. My feet are still really swollen and I a big blister is now leaking fluid. I don't know if I should just wait it out or go to another doctor sometime. They told me that if it is unchanged by Sunday to call back and I will have to go back in.Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do?
