I think i turned fat in a daY!??? help!!?

You have to be more specific about what kind of juice you drank and what kind of yogurt you ate. But considering that you ate all this in one day, I would say that it is quite a lot. But don't feel bad! We all overeat sometimes; it's ok. If you want, you can do some exercises (running, push-ups, sit-ups). Two and a half bowls of rice is a lot, but again, it's ok to overeat once in a while. Heck, I myself practically overate at breakfast today! I intended to have three Russian pancakes, but I had four. :( I HAD to have it.
