Does anyone know any good picture editing sites that are FREE?

For serious photo editing, the best free app would be Gimp (GNU Image Manipulation Program). It is a very powerful photo editor comparable to Photoshop but it is often considered to be a difficult program to learn. I use it a lot and don't really think it is too hard to use, though it can be tricky if you want to do really advanced manipulations (like change body shape, cut and paste objects in or out of a scene, etc). It has a lot of basic features too, such as adjusting the brightness, contrast, exposure, etc.
